The property has one main floor that is thoughtfully utilized to give every room a unique feel and its own personality. The main living area has a large bay window that allows for sunlight to shine through and is fit with couches, a television and a small dining area. 

 

Connecting the Living room and Kitchen is a dining room, with a large dining table, perfect for home cooked meals shared with family.

 

The master bedroom includes a King size bed and a window facing the street. Our second bedroom has a queen size bed, while our den/ TV room has a pull out couch and a smart TV. This room makes a perfect playroom/ TV room and also doubles as a bedroom.

 

Prepare a meal for everyone in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and wood topped island. The laundry area is tucked away in the corner of the kitchen. The kitchen includes:

 

Drip-coffee maker and kettle with enough coffee and tea to get you started.

Sugar packets, salt, and pepper

Microwave, stove, fridge, toaster, and dishwasher

Dishes, pots and pans, silverware and glasses (including wine glasses)

Non-stick spray, paper towels, dish soap, tea towels, dish cloths

Laundry soap, stain remover and dryer sheets

 

Outside, relax on the back porch with your morning coffee and a good book, and enjoy your meals in the back yard, barbecuing your favourite meals with a brand new Coleman BBQ during the warmer months!

 

Bedding, towels, hair dryer, facial and toilet tissue, shampoo and hand soap are also provided.
